The cozy 65 m² vacation apartment with a 60 m² garden for exclusive use offers you a wonderful direct lake view and is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The lovingly designed garden is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and loungers so that you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake to the full.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals (excluding food), including a filter coffee machine. Towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort.
The bedrooms are perfectly suited to the needs of guests who require a little more privacy: One bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed, while the second bedroom has an integrated single bed.

We offer our guests the option to cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival. If we are no longer able to re-let the apartment, we will charge 100% after that. A deposit of 20% is due up to 5 days after booking. The remaining payment is due by the day of departure/arrival.

Spittal/Millstättersee train station is around 10 km from our apartments. From here, the Carinthia train station shuttle takes our guests directly to the accommodation.
Arrival by car and parking
The Millstätter See - Bad Kleinkirchheim - Nockberge region has excellent connections to the international highway network. Nearby highway exits are: A10 junction Spittal/Millstätter See, Spittal Ost and Villach Ossiachersee. Free parking spaces are available for our guests directly in front of the accommodation.

Mobile on site: leave your own car behind: In the region, Nockmobil, the Carinthian lines, the S-Bahn, bike shuttle, rental bikes, train station shuttle, mountain railroads, ski buses and boat trips take guests to their vacation adventures. The bus stop “Millstatt Kraller” is only 100 m away and the Nockmobil stop “NM 175” is around 30 m from our accommodation.
Check-In (Variant I): At check-in we are personally on site to hand over the key. Check-in is generally possible from 15:00 to 20:00. Depending on the booking situation, an earlier check-in or check-out can possibly be arranged. We therefore ask you to contact us a few days before arrival on +43 669 100 653 69.
Check-Out: Check-Out should take place by 10:00 am to ensure sufficient time to prepare the apartments for the next guests. Further details on departure will be discussed together on site.
